On this Day in History 1781 British General Lord Cornwallis surrendered at Yorktown,
effectively bringing an end to the American Revolution. Pleading illness, Cornwallis did not attend the surrender ceremony; his second-in-command, General Charles O'Hara, carried Cornwallis' sword to the American and French commanders. As the British troops marched out to surrender, the British bands played the song "The World Turned Upside Down."

Just breaking on CNN International. A Spanish judge has issued an International Arrest Warrant for three U.S. Army Soldiers. This is in relation to the Spanish reporter that died in the Palestine hotel in April 2003 when a tank fired a round at a room that was firing on the tank.

If memory serves the unit involved was from 3rd ID (M)

The warrant is for a Sgt. another soldier and a LTC.

Charges are Murder and Crimes Against The International Community.
