Ping for the Kodiaks!
Woo hoo!! Way to go!!
WOW--this is so exciting...thanks for posting this...I just love to hear good news from Iraq.
You know, this is just one of hundreds of caches that have been found....how many more, and how many bigger ones are out there?
Plus, even if none of them have chemicals and biological weapons with them, doesn't make the anything LESS than WMDs
If used, all of the weapons that the troops have found and destroyed since we went in there, would prolly have killed all citizens of Iraq twice over!!! THAT is mass destruction, IMHO.
Well done! It is always good to hear from them and get 'inside info'. My girl has been back home at Ft Lewis for a month now, her first tour in Mosul is done. Got her Combat Medical Badge last week and is already getting antsy. Talking about transfering to a unit deploying early next year, but hope she waits a while longer and sticks with the 1-25th SBCT. My cousin's daughter, also a medic, just got out of AIT and has volunteered to ship out with the next CSH unit leaving Ft Sam, probably in December. There are some fine young men and women out there, thankfully. Tell yours 'Thanks' for me.
Thank her for us.
Dave
Why dig out? Just set the fuse to the pile and when scumbag turbanites come to retrive some, send them up to their pig virgins in one spectacular kaboom!

Watch for booby traps-at least in the next cache!
