There may be some psy-ops happening here, but if either Wilson or Miller is going to be indicted it's crucial for Fitzgerald to make sure the investigation appears to be thorough, comprehensive, and casting a wide net to include all White House officials. Then when Wilson and/or Miller is indicted, the libs can't say Fitzgerald was unfair to them and targeted them at the White House's request. So all this testimony by Rove and Libby may be primarily to make the investigation appear impartial.

But if I had to bet, I would expect no indictments from this grand jury and Fitzgerald will merely release a report that criticizes a number of people for loose handling of classified information and recommends tighter controls on this information. The left has had its expectations built up into a rapt anticipation of indictments against Bush officials, and there will be crushing disappointment among liberals when there are no indictments, except possibly Wilson for the initial leak or Miller for perjury. Meanwhile sales of Prozac and Zoloft will soar in liberal New England.

Some unreliable leftwing site is reporting that John Hannah has been flipped and is now cooperating with the prosecutor: Cheney aide cooperating with CIA outing probe, sources say

Just passing it along for what it's worth.
