Problem solved. So perhaps the EU involvement would manifest itself in a big stack of forms that 'clients' would need to sign in order to gain the 'services' of a 'sex worker' ?
Retirement plans? Easy disabled access? Government-constructed 'work' facilities? Government-sponsored job training? Pimp training?
