I'd be demanding a change in venue. This judge is a leftist in the extreme.

He even had the nerve to give to Moveon.org on the anniversary of 9/11. Gee I wonder where his sentiments lie.

What's that word that DemLibs are so fond of invoking when they think a judge won't rule in their favor? It begins with an "R"...Wait...It's coming to me...Oh Yeah! Recuse--That's it--Recuse.

That's two traitors ~ Earle, and now this judge.
What in the devil is going on down there in Texas? I thought you'all cleaned the place up.

Did the prosecutor also go judge shopping?
This judge is beyond biased. What a buffoon!

Did you send this sizzling tidbit to Drudge?
To: Recovering_Democrat
BOB PERKINS IS TOM DELAY'S "JUDGE" IN HIS "BOOKING" HEARING--BOB PERKINS COULD ALLOW TOM DELAY TO NOT BE "BOOKED" WITH A MUG SHOT.But why should he waive the mug shot requirement for Delay? SOP is for a person arraigned on a misdomeanor or felony to pose for a mug shot. Are you suggesting the Delay deserves special treatment because he's a politician? I expect him to be treated the same as you and I would be treated if we were charged with a crime.

I guess I should be outraged.
Sadly, I'm still numb from the Harriet Miers confirmation. I really care a lot less about this than I probably should.
Sad. I really should be mad and indignant; unfortunately, George W. Bush has exhausted those emotions from me right now.
Good luck, Tom. I mean it. But some of us aren't up for fighting right now - I hope you are.

Now this tidbit, with the 9/11 add-in, could make a person take up arms, and tar and feather the skunk. Where is the honor? This makes my blood boil.
To: Recovering_Democrat
Change of venue is a good idea. I don't see the indictment getting quashed with a partisan judge.

Perkins is also a failed statewide judicial candidate. He lost a race for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in 1996.

I wonder if MoveOn has any "Get Delay" propoganda, or missions that could force this maggot to recuse himself from the case.......Hey!!! I found a biggie!!!!!
MoveOn.org Current Campaigns: Fire Tom DeLay
(found at: http://moveon.org/campaigns.html)
House Republican Majority Leader Rep. Tom DeLay has a pattern of repeated legal and ethical scandals. Yet he remains in one of the most important positions in our governmentdeciding what legislation Congress considers. In response, MoveOn members: Have been running ads against seven members of Congress who come from vulnerable districts and fundraise with DeLays help » Topped out the Fire Tom DeLay petition at more than 480,334 signers » Organized 195 events, attended by thousands, to deliver these signatures to Republican members of Congress and others.
This is a big deal! Delay has to find out about this!
