Louis Freeh: No I disagree with that. And you know, while we're on the subject of the 9-11 Commission, I'm very interested and I know the country is in the Able Danger report. We have now very honorable military officers telling the United States, Tim, that in 2000 not only had Mohammad Atta been identified, by photo and name, but was earmarked as an Al Qaeda operative in the United States...

Whatever happened to Freeh's supposed appearance on 60 Minutes?

He was on it, it is just that nobody watches 60 minutes anymore. There was a thread on FR about it.

GREAT post, thanks so much! I especially appreciate the link directly to Freeh's Able Danger comment. ( couldn't bear to watch the video)
But following, did Russert ask even one question about Able Danger?

Thanks!! Don't MSM drones like Russert every get the least bit curious about stories that are 'inconvenient' to their way of thinking???? Doesn't Russert ever tire of being such a dim-witted, inconsequential, embarrassing pile of XXXX?
I would like to think that a REAL journalist would be all over the Able Danger story, but that's too much to ask of Russert and the crowd he hangs with....

No. I do not remember Russert responding to Freeh's Able Danger comments in any way. Freeh brought up Able Danger when Russert used the 9-11 Commission Report to be critical of Mr. Freeh. Slam dunk for Louis Freeh.

Louis Freeh. Curious what he knows about the Vincent Foster murder (alleged suicide) after the unexpected, sudden vacant office of ex-FBI Director, William Sessions.
