Liberals raise free-range children. They are allowed to roam unchecked, feeding their minds on all that grows. It's a beautiful, organic childhood that promotes health, beauty, and brilliance. As long as they don't go too close to the edge of the woods. That's where the earth ends and they KNOW they will fall off. ...They've heard rumors of wanderers who never came back... Who roam the darkness, looking for organic, free-range souls...The stories are handed down generation to generation, with much fear and trepidation. And loathing of the unknowns who inhabit that vast forest of possibilites.

My mom and I saw part of this movie on TV one day.

At first glance, most would think that this is a horror movie, or scary movie, but, you eventually know the truth at the end of the movie.

The whole existence of the community and village was a hoax and a form of mind control on the villagers.

At the end of the movie you learn that it was the leaders of the community and village in years passed, that lived in the rest of society, but, got tired of the crime in the cities.

So these people ( the leaders ) got tired of the crime and decided to form a separate community and " GET AWAY FROM IT ALL " and decided to form this " VILLAGE " in the middle of no were.

In order to keep the people from venturing out to the rest of the world and society, they had to come up with a plan to keep those people there.

Their plan was to scare those people to stay ( TO STAY ON THE PLANTATION ) in that village, so the leaders of that village thought of this plan to create these bogus scary, frightening creatures ( that were bogus ).

At the end of the moive ,they would only let the blind woman out to get medicine in the rest of society for the man that got hurt.
