She, mistakingly thinking that he was in New Orleans, went on a rant about how he was "getting in the way of the rescuers". When I pointed out that he was a full state away she immediately switched gears and began to rant about how he should be visiting the Super Dome but he was too much of a coward.
I pointed out the contradiction in her stance and she snapped "Well, I don't like him. He's too smug and sure of himself.".
I said very dryly, "Usually that is called confidence by normal people." She turned bright red and flounced off.
