Doesn't hurricane season go into November?

Anybody's guess, but the official meteorologists word is that Oct 15 is about the end of it.

Yeah and I am totally sick of this crap. we are about 300 or 400 or miles north of all the action and already under the influence of a low pressure system. We have had 1,000 inches of rain so far this summer, and no cold fronts,we need a break.

Hurricane season officially runs through November 30th. There are fewer storms later in the season, but it runs from June 1 through November 30.
