OK, but is it still printed on peach colored newsprint? I seem to remember being told that they changed that a long time ago..
A lot of the paper is still OK
And, you do have Jack Kelly writing a collumn, and that is a good thing...
what goes on editorially on the supposedly hard-news front page and in the editorials pretty much ruins the paper.
That's why the printed news is continuing to decline in readership. People still just want the facts so they can make their own conclusions. Maybe after some more years of liberal education, that will change. I have found in working with teens that in the past ten or so years, they no longer know how to draw valid conclusions from facts given to them. It's begining to seem like the younger generation wants someone else to think for them. Sad.
Yes, you are correct. You can't tell the front page from the editorial page. Of course, that's because the front page IS the editorial page. (That's why Jack Kelly is religated to the (so called) editorial page ;-)
The front page of the peach section is still peach-colored, but you are correct, the section itself is now just normal newsprint.
