I guess while they are gang stomping you into the ground, you'll be somewhat intimidated.
With an excuse, they'd burn your house to the ground, kill your dog and take your wallet. They could care less if you're impressed or intimidate. They riot for any reason, any excuse will do. As long as they can burn, loot, get your stuff for free, raise hell and create mayhem. Their motive is to kick your ass, take your stuff. You being intimidated or impressed is entirely up to you.
