They follow the policy of don't ask.

Their policy has always been more to pry than ask, why all of the sudden is it any different here?

A good actuary doesn't have to ask, the demographics will speak for themselves - - and so will the premium payments.

Except that homosexuality is a form of behavior, like smoking. I doubt that any insurance compamny would dare ask on a form" do you engage in gay sex. " That would be an invasion of "privacy."
