Nominate a rock ribbed constitutionalist and let the fight with the libs begin. Libs, especially Sen. Chuck eXhumer, have a problem with "religious" nominees.
Perhaps the "fight" this time
will be for the constitutional right of a "strongly" religious person
to be on the Supreme Court.

Great plan! nominate a rock-ribbed conservative that the so-called republicans in congress will vote against. All the pathetic whining from conservatives is beginning to get old. Senate repubs are WORTHLESS! a "conservative" nominee will be NUKED by the dems. when is the last time you heard of the repubs fighting the dems on ANYTHING? Dream on........
