You are too tired or something. THERE are special rules in play for a dropped third strike.

But since you don't seem capable of simpl;e comprehension after it being specifically outlined to you, I will post a part of it again.

READ SLOWLY Multiple times so it sinks in.

APPROVED RULING OF 7.08 (a). APPROVED RULING: When a batter becomes a runner on third strike not caught, and starts for his bench or position, he may advance to first base at any time before he enters the bench. To put him out, the defense must tag him or first base before he touches first base.

Note the part, anytime before he enters the bench. What part of that rule do you not understand?

Huh? The catcher could simply throw the ball to first base....
