Sorry not proof of anything. Care to make a case why she is unqualified to be on SC other then "She is Bush's pick and I am mad at Bush"? Guess you all have not been listening to people like Scalia and Pickering on this.

Sorry, but you've got it backwards. A person isn't presumed fit for the Supreme Court until proved otherwise.
It is a pretty exclusive gig.
And Scalia never endorsed Miers. He wasn't even talking about her directly. He merely said that lack of judicial experience specifically did not by itself disqualify a nominee.
