Sorry not proof of anything. Care to make a case why she is unqualified to be on SC other then "She is Bush's pick and I am mad at Bush"?
I think that her main qualification (in the eyes of this administration) is the fact that she went to SMU. This is the only qualification I can come up with after following the news for the past few days. SMU is where Laura Bush received her bachelor's degree, served on their Board Of Trustees, where "SMU dedicated the Laura Bush Promenade, a sitting and garden area outside SMU’s Fondren Library Center. Texas Governor George W. Bush funded the promenade as a Christmas gift honoring his wife’s contributions to the advancement of literacy and literature...", where there is no doubt George W's presidential library will be built, and of course Harriet Myers' presence on the USSC will permanently elevate the status of the SMU law school.
