Video reports from the newscast.
Interesting since we know that Atta and others were in Florida. Wonder if this was practice for something else?

There is a nuclear power plant within a short flight from Gwinnett.
My property as been "buzzed" by low-flying private jets twice in the last month--like 300 ft above my home. I can't be positive, but it was similar to this citation or was perhaps a premier...anyway, nothing like a shrieking missle heading downhill at your home...nearest large airport is an hour and a half (by drive) away.

...The Federal Aviation Administration officials told Channel 4 that no flight plan was filed and the aircraft's transponder was not turned on, so air traffic controllers did not monitor the flight. The agency is probing its own traffic system to see if there is any record of the plane flying during the time in question, FAA spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said....This is not good. So a terrorist can steal a plane and fly it anywhere undetected.
I would have thought we'd have a system to prevent this in place by now.
