glad you did that. the other thing that stopped with the purchase by mattel were the events that they had in different parts of the country. We had tea with Miss Manderley in Williamsburg, when my oldest was about 9 or 10 years old. it was done in conjunction with Colonial Williamsburg, it was a tea lesson and dancing, and the girls brought their moms and their dolls. it was lovely. we did a Josefina event also and if i am not mistaken, a Samantha one.
