There is so much truth to both of our taglines.

Bush did not flinch at all when he OK'd the reduction of the F-22, the DD(X) and the F-35, and in closing military bases, so he could direct the nation;s treasury into more welfare programs, many international. On the other hand, he thought deeply about his $15 billion to Africa so they can maintain female genital mutilation, wondering if he can give $30 billion next go around, since he likes 100% increases in all welfare programs.

With your tagline, Truman's decision to nuke Japan, and with the even more destructive napalm raids on Tokyo and Dresden caused Germany and Japan to hate war and they have avoided war for a half-century now.
