Add the usual two- to five-percent polling bias against the GOP and we got us a situation.

Dream on. Even in the unlikely event the poll is correct, since the GOP refuses to do anything about voter fraud, Corzine walks in this one.

Has McGreevey endorsed Corzine yet?

Don't know.

Is that question really a joke?

If he did, it was just lip service.

Hi All-

Keep your fingers crossed and hope for an exceptionally cold and rainy Election Day in a few weeks. Nothing keeps liberal voters indoors like a snap of chilly weather. An overall low turnout at the polls could really help us put Doug Forrester in office, which is a step in the right direction.

"Has McGreevey endorsed Corzine yet"?

No, but McCain has.

Hi All-

"...If [McGreevey endorsed Corzine] did, it was just lip service..."

You forget the [/rimshot] tags! He'll be here all week folks, and remember to take care of your bartenders!

Seriously though, there has been very little heard from past Democratic governors in this race. Jim McGreevey has said nothing, Jim Florio has said nothing, Christie Whitman has said nothing. Oh, wait, she was a Republican, right?

Hi John D-

Are you serious when you say that McCain has endorsed Corzine? Holy smokes! Why is that maniac "given the time of day" by many people in our party? He has proven to be both incredibly divisive and arrogant at the same time. It is very hard to believe he once wore a uniform and defended our country. He has clearly been led astray over the years and is not even remotely conservative.

This will go down as one of the dullest political contests in recent memory . . . between two candidates who could produce 30-minute campaign speeches and sell them for $19.99 apiece as treatments for insomnia.

Sorry, I should have put a sarcasm symbol up. I was just joking, but if it would help the ME candidate, as in what will help ME I have no doubt he would do it.

Hi AC-

My guy was Bret Schundler but we just couldn't make it happen in the primary. Doug Forrester is a clear step-up over that crybaby Jon Corzine who just wants to take his bat, ball, and glove and leave the Washington, D.C. playground. He can't stand being the junior senator and now just wants to do something else.

Jon Corzine absolutely lacks common sense. He doesn't even think it's a bad idea to loan a half-million dollars to his girlfriend with whom he would be negotiating state contracts at a later date. How about that legislation that he pushed through the Senate that only benefitted 1000 fellow citizens and yet helped him personally gain about $6M in his pockets? Wow!

What a race! But, typical of NJ.
You have a crooked liberal against a milquetoast RINO.
They better get ready for 2 hour lines at the polling places for this one.

You certainly had me for a second! John McCain would sell his own mother up the river if he could get a chance at the big job.

Ditto... ala Florio vs Whitman.

Steve Lonegan, Bret Schundler, or Murray Sabrin would all have been better choices, but we'll take what we can get around here. Let's get out the vote for our side next month.

Schundler is great but no longer a candidate in this election.
Let's go Forester! And stop that Corzine corruption now!
