"How would you know, from what I have seen coherence isn't your long suit?"
Babyish, desperate ad-hominem attacks aside... none of these are actual arguments. It reads more like a Letterman top 10 list of jokes. It's not a serious defense of Miers, in fact I don't think I've seen one of those yet. Hmm....

Who are the desperate ones? Seems like you, the moonbats are.
"It's not a serious defense of Miers, in fact I don't think I've seen one of those yet."
Then you, like those at the Democratic Underground are blinded by your recently acquired moonbatitis.
Hugh Hewitt, Powerline, Leonard Leo, the head of the Federalist Society, Jay Sekulow, Nathan Hecht and others have offered well reasoned opinions of her nomination.
Remember the saying, "there are none so blind as those who will not see"

Ya know....YOU used to be a Democrat.....I'm sure we can't trust that YOU won't be SWAYED in the future to the Left, right?

Let me try a serious defense of Miers.
We need to win. Normally Rush Limbaugh will us that "it's always better to win", this time he "forgot".
We need a scotus confirmed in a RINO infested congress that is as flaky, self centered, and unpredictable as anyone can remember.
GW has direct knowledge of Miers, if you distrust him then you have a good case against her, if you don't.,,....
We know little about Miers that means the rats know even less. This is a perfect scenario for getting a nominee confirmed.
Otherwise if we were to induce "the good fight" as so many are dying to do, it could easily backfire turning to a prolonged disaster with ramifications all the way into 06 and possibly beyond.
GW has been the best strategist/potus we have ever and probably ever will have. His moves have been nothing short of brilliant regardless of who does the advising.
This is just one more brilliant move and it's been done so well most of us don't even realize it.

Sorry, but I've been seeing alot of tantrums and "desperate ad-hominem attacks" from the bushbasher side as well.
And, I see a lot of complaints from children who didn't get their way, but I still haven't seen a cohert argument from your side either.
