OU was far from a prank, deserves to be taken extremely seriously, and we deserve far more of an explanation from the FBI and other authorities than we have gotten.

I stand on my previous comments on the Tech thing, unless there's new information since this AM. We shouldn't overreact to nothing.

I agree we shouldn't jump to conclusions, but given the OU Bombing, the devices found in East Chicago, IN, Midvale, CA, and today at GA Tech cause need to at least be cautious. I mean seriously, how many explosive devices are found within a one week period of time usually in the US? Especially when we were warned about this month?

RE: The GA Tech event:
According to authorities there were no firecrackers, and the bombs are now being referred to as "soda bottle bombs". The maj. of the Atlanta PD interviewed in the press conference you can see in the link below said that they were made of chemicals and can be very dangerous if more is used. They found at least 3 devices (one exploded & 2 they detonated) within a plastic garbage bag containing a number of bottles.

Here is a link to the press conferences held by the GA Tech police spokesperson and the Atlanta PD in relation to the case today. Running time is 6:49 - at the beginning of the tape you can hear the sound of the detonation by authorities.
