Let the RNC have it! (Vanity)

Posted on 10/10/2005 11:05:37 AM PDT by 95 Bravo

Has anyone else recieved an RNC census form in the mail? I just returned mine. I politely answered all the questions, filled in the circles next to my views on each. When I got to the part where they asked for a contribution, I crossed it out and included a little love-note in response. It read: "Ill give you money when these things are accomplished: 1. Republicans GROW A SPINE and begin to act like the MAJORITY party and STOMP Democrats into the dirt every time they open their LYING, TRAITORUS MOUTHS! 2. When the border are secured, illegal aliens are rounded up, deported, and KEPT THE HELL OUT OF MY COUNTRY! 3. When we use ALL available weapons in our arsenal to KILL terrorists WHEREVER we find them! Until then- DROP DEAD!" Normally, I'm pretty calm, but I've had it! It may not make a bit of difference, but it sure made me feel better. I urge others who may have recieved RNC census forms to include a personal note as well, on any hot-button issue you may have. Perhaps someone will take notice. It surely can't hurt to try.

Way ahead of you. But my response to them wasn't quite as reserved as yours.

I pretty much did the same thing. No more money to the RNC from me... or is that the DNC? shoot, I can't tell the difference anymore...

Republicans GROW A SPINE

I sent the same thing 4-5 years ago, though I believe I used another part of a males anatomy in my note.

Sounds as if someone has missed a dose of his medication.

Congratulations. You passed right through Concerned Citizen-land right into Lunatictopia. I'd suggest toning it down next time if you really want them to listen to what you have to say.

I did pretty much the same thing, but I was not quite as hyper in my responses.

They've been getting the same complaints for a while now...especially the one about being doormats for Democrats.
They don't care because they believe, come crunch time, you're not going to vote for Democrats, and you're not going to stay away to let Democrats win.
It's the same mindset that drives McCain to think he can become President.

Done pretty much the same to the RNC callers asking for $$.

I told them that I will give my money to conservatives, but not the RNC.

Someone has to get it through the thick headed elected Republicans, that the Democrats are going to eat their lunch in the upcoming elections and run as the party for smaller government.

They'll be able to say it with a straight face also. (Not that they have any trouble lying, but the facts will back them up)

Me, I've just been printing out Mexican pesos and send those back to the RNC in their donation envelopes. Along with the pesos, I enclose a note stating they won't see another dime of my money until they do something useful about illegal immigration.

I would never vote for a lib-dem. But I would sit home and watch the Repubs learn a hard lesson in not biting the hands that vote for you.

I'm with you: My Hot Buttons

1. Illegal Immigration - Self explanatory
2. Failure to meet the Dems Head On
3. Deficit/Pork Spending - Failure to Veto any spending bill
4. Corruption/Mismanagement in Iraq rebuilding - i.e., Cost of War in terms of lives and resources
5. Medal of Freedom to Tenet and other unworthies - i.e., Failure to hold anyone accountable for anything - Ever
6. Lousy Trade Policy

And a lot more but time is limited. I would have expected very, very different results during a time when Republicans held a Presidency and majorities in both the House and Senate.

You know what I do?

I just toss the envelopes and let try and figure out why after all these years they get no $ and no response from me.

Right now the only thing I will give is my vote where I believe it deserving.

And the $ I would have sent has now gone to the Red Cross and Vet groups.

And you know what? It feels like a $ better spent where at least I know the outcome is for someone to use my money to help another American and not just help their own selves.

I did something similar but I was not as harsh in my criticism, and I don't think anybody will be surprised when we are no longer the majority party, and we lose the Hillary.
