I could relate as well. I had a mother who passed almost 9 years ago from breast cancer. I had spent three years trying to save her like and ended up working out of the house so I could watch her 244-7 and be there for her.
I wrote a nice letter to Rush regarding how much my mom appreciated listening to him 3 hours a day.
He brought her great pleasure when she most needed it.
Rush and George Putnam at that time.

Way to go Chris! Excellent work. I almost missed this...you should start a ping list for your stuff.
And you have my deepest sympathies on the loss of your father.

Thanks for your sympathies, RC. I do have a ping list for my stuff. I believe you're on it. If not, I'll add you. Of course, you know I do satire as well.

Yep I'll look forward to your pings. I may have missed some, as they sometimes get buried when I'm busy or traveling for work.
