Neighbors and others were willing to overlook when 5-year-old Evelyn Miller appeared outside their door late at night. They didn't think much about heaps of electronic equipment inside her apartment. Or whiffs of smoke thought to be burning marijuana that seeped from her home.

She wasn't found in Rotary Park, she was found off Rotary Park Road, on private property, which from what I hear is only accessible by going over a fence, through a field, over another fence, and through the woods.
I think Noel was telling people to look in Rotary Park because Randy Patrie was sighted there on June 30/July 1.
I know she wasnt found in the Park. The paper says she was found on the river banks of Devil's elbow which is just down from the access area of Rotary Park.
Who says they saw Randy there? That park is one you don't end up at on accident. Did whomever it was see him there doing day or night? What were they themselves doing there? Why don't the newspapers know about this? Seems to me the news would be all over this one!!
You haven't heard that? I've heard it all over town, from several different people. He was out there partying with a group of people.
I tell ya, Randy's the rat. If they wanted to arrest Casey, they could do it easily based on the circumstantial evidence (the porn, the way he's been acting, the fact he wasn't Evelyn's biological child). And with the way he's been villified in the press, they could probably convict him pretty easily, too. There's got to be a reason why they haven't arrested him, and I think it's because they have another suspect. Randy is the next most likely suspect. And he's keeping a low profile, which is what I would do if I was getting away with a murder.
