You haven't heard that? I've heard it all over town, from several different people. He was out there partying with a group of people.

I tell ya, Randy's the rat. If they wanted to arrest Casey, they could do it easily based on the circumstantial evidence (the porn, the way he's been acting, the fact he wasn't Evelyn's biological child). And with the way he's been villified in the press, they could probably convict him pretty easily, too. There's got to be a reason why they haven't arrested him, and I think it's because they have another suspect. Randy is the next most likely suspect. And he's keeping a low profile, which is what I would do if I was getting away with a murder.

This should go for Randy too, as anyone who was out at Rotary Park "partying" that night probably isn't the most reliable source either. I still find hard to believe that if that were true that the press wouldn't be all over the fact that there was a party at Rotary the night Evelyn disappeared and very near to where her body was later recovered.
