hmmmmm.....odd that the article didn't mention all the explosives removed from the depressed students apt. Did they belong to the roomie? I know I'm just being a hysterical right wing nutcase, but why were explosives in that apt?

The roomie(s) didn't know he was building bombs so it is not their 500 lbs of bombing material so must belong to Joel. (sarcasm)
This see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil approach by Boren is getting on my nerves and the media lapdogs are going right along with the bravo sierra being spread around here.

I know I'm just being a hysterical right wing nutcase, but why were explosives in that apt? Well, they went to very great lengths to describe how much he was fascinated by explosives and ammunition. I think we are supposed to infer that his fascination simply led to his gathering and keeping explosives in his apartment. I'm not buying it.

Well, I guess he and his roomie have a huge dorm room. If the "stuff is in question as to who it belonged to, I wonder why the other one didn't report it to the authorities.
Also, what about the trunk load of stuff in the Lincoln Continental. For a rather slight individual he must really be strong to lift all this stuff himself.

Do we know there were any explosives for sure. I have seen various figures posted as to the amount removed from hundreds to thousands of pounds. Are we sure this is not the "Hundreds of Bodies in Trees" kind of exaggeration and misinformation?
It is inconceivable to me that the roomate whould have been releashed had there really been anything in that apartment bigger than a firecracker.
