WASHINGTON -- No evidence suggests that the deadly earthquake that rocked Pakistan on Saturday injured or killed the world's top terror leader, Osama bin Laden.
The quake shook the border region of Afghanistan and Pakistan, where bin Laden is believed to be hiding. However, authorities at this point have no information indicating he's been injured or killed, said a U.S. official who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the information's sensitivity.
Bin Laden guided the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks aimed at New York City and Washington.
Hopes for bin Laden's death or capture were high in December 2001, when U.S. and Afghan troops surrounded a cave complex sheltering al-Qaida members in Afghanistan's Tora Bora region. But bin Laden escaped and is now believed to be living a relatively isolated existence to evade capture.
He was last seen publicly on a videotaped message before the November 2004 elections.
The public face of al-Qaida has become a bin Laden mentor, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the organization's leader in Iraq. He has declared war on Iraq's Shiite Muslim majority and, with other Sunni-led insurgent groups, has recently launched a wave of violence that has killed hundreds of people.

I see along with the weather machine to control Hurricanes, we now have the Earthquake machines up and running.

I think that if we know basically where he is, we should be able to incinerate the entire area.

It's strange to grasp at the possibility that he could have been killed in this quake.
By the way, was that Kerry campaign video of bin Laden ever released in full to the public? I'd like to take a close look at that thing.

Don't forget the tsunami machine!

The Tsunami quake was due to a mis-calibration. Off by 1,000 miles.
But then -- it is new technology.

Same here. I wondered if the power of nature might have gotten him even if we couldn't.

Unless UBL moved closer to Kashmir (no sign that he has) he most likely is just fine.
Probably felt the quake but not a life threatening situation like to many of those closer to Muzaffarabad and Uri (in Pak).

FROM CNN, COULD IT BE?

You keep forgetting - he's in Saudi Arabia.

"we should be able to incinerate the entire area."
As he might be in some cave complex, one would want to pulverize things to maybe a quarter-mile depth, not merely to scorch the surface.

No disrespect meant to those that have been killed by this quake in other regions of Pakistan.. but i could not let this pass with out this comment... "This may have
shaken Al Quida to it core."
