How can you disagree with a decision BEFORE it's made?

The President made his decision and you can't change that. Knowing Bush there is virtually no chance that he will relent.

There are few issues as important as this one. Conservatives have worked for 25 years for this moment and we are not going to shut up when the president is blowing it. It is worth the open and public disagreement.

If we were Liberals he would back down, sad to say. In fact, the nomination of Miers was Bush backing away from a fight with the Liberals. Too bad. That's the fight he should have picked.
