I see you managed to tick off nearly everyone but I'm not sure why. I think there are many here who agree they want freedom from freedom.
Ever been on one of the smoking ban threads with the folks who want to deny property owners the rights of property? Where the anti-smoker whiners want to tell tavern owners they can't permit smoking? Those are folks who want freedom from freedom.
Or, what about the anti-drug threads where people sanction swat team, warrant-less searches because they don't want anybody consuming certain backyard plants in living rooms. They too want freedom from freedom.
Or, how about those who want pornography off the Internet? Adult babysitters who want freedom from freedom.
Some here even make common cause with DUers and would like to see SUVs banned, or fast food. They like seat belt and helmet laws because, at their core, they want freedom from freedom.
There are many here who agree with your premise although they appear to be in denial.
