How does that work? Scanner link...is there a URL somewhere that runs Live Scanner activity???

Just hit the link at the very top of the thread. Takes you right to the scanner link. I've picked these links up from knowledgeable scanner FReepers like BurbankKarl. Someone put this one on the evacuation of Washington Monument thread earlier today. They are addictive.
YOu can get a police/fire scanner at Radio Shack or other similar places.
