This is exactly what I heard them say on CBS News. I don't know if it was Bloomberg speaking or who. But they said he had taken a polograph and passed it, and then said BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN WHAT HE SAID WAS TRUE.

Correct, it only means one of two things, he's a very good liar or he thought it was true. Remember that it's OK to lie to the Infidels. So no nervousness or stress from lying and thus the polygraph is probably more worthless than usual.
