As a Pennsylvanian, I would like to see some change in Harrisburg. Very curious as to what fast Eddie's role was.

Ed Rendell has been the least mentioned figure in this little mentioned mother of all political scandals. It was Ed who befriended me and my wife after the February 13, 2000 DNC dinner I co-hosted with Babyface Edmunds that was presented by Gov davis with Bill Clinton keynoting. Ed helped guide me through the halls of demo donating so that I produced and underwrote Al Gore's first major Hollywood fundraiser at the Beverly Hills Hotel June 8, 2000 (which was not reported as an in kind contribution by the DNC) and he encouraged me to work with Hillary's campaign to get Bill's attention to consider my proposal to hire him as a rainmaker when he left the white house. Ed arranged for my talent coordinator Aaron Tonken to be alone in the President's limousine with Bill and Chaka Kahn as they drove to the White House for a late nite tour of the Oval Office, so Tonken could begin presenting my proposal for a $15 million employment agreement with Bill for 2001. Ed Attended the Gala that I produced and underwrote as Hillary's largest fundraiser, he knew I paid more than a $million for it, and when the wash Post published 2 stories about my past and the Clinton reaction, Ed called each day after the story to keep me "on the reservation" and go along with Hillary's denial of my involvement in her campaign. Ed finally hit me up for another $200,000 for the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia around the time Bill invited me to meet with him on Air Force 1, Sep 22, 2000, to convince me to keep giving to Hillary's campaign over a month after Hillary announced she would not take any money from me.
