Have had the privilege of doing both. Actually, we have soldiers come over almost weekly. As I was thanking one, that was in stage one of replacing an arm, I teared up so bad that he said, awww-come here, and hugged me. I felt like such a dolt!

I just got back from some errands and I saw your post, and LMAO. I tried to explain how Howard jumped the shark by saying "hiding the salami" to my "sheltered but enthusiasticly Conservative friend, and I said "hide the sausage" instead. Oh my God is that embarrassing even though it is the same meaning, it was a case of cerebral flatulence (brain Fart). I don't want to picture Howard trying to hid the Salami.

He very uncivily interrupted the caller, over-talked to him and then terminated the call abruptly because he didn't like what the caller was saying about how illegals should be dealt with legally.
It's obviously a no-no subject on the Tony Snow show unless you agree with the illegal invasion going on.
