subterfuge

I'm trying to understand the distinction you're making.

To me, characterizing an improvised explosive device in a briefcase as "suitcase bomb" is close enough. How are the two descriptions different enough to warrant the claim, "subterfuge"?

Some people think "suitcase nuke" when they hear "suitcase bomb".

Just my take on it.

Doesn't mean much if you don't see why I said that.

Suitcase Bombs have a specific description and have had for years.
