But searches will be 'ramdom', so maybe if you're Arab looking with a backpack or suitcase with wires sticking out of it, you'll be waved on by. Let's hope victims' families sue the city to the max if an explosion occurs, people die, and the searches were less than sensible. The only thing the govt. understands is a hit in the pocketbook.
