The Spain attacks used 10 bombs on four trains (4 other devices failed to detonate) A total of 191 people were killed and 1800 injured):

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/europe/3504912.stm

1. At 0639, as the first train drew to a halt inside Atocha station, three bombs exploded in the third, fourth and sixth carriages. At least 34 people were killed and scores wounded

2. Almost simultaneously, four bombs detonated in the first, fourth and sixth carriages of the second train about 500m outside the station. At least 59 people were killed and scores wounded.

3. At 0641, two bombs went off in the fourth and fifth carriages of the third train as it passed through El Pozo station, back down the line from Atocha. At least 70 people were killed and many more wounded.

4. At about 0642, the fourth train was passing through Santa Eugenia station when a bomb exploded in the fourth carriage, killing at least 17 people and wounding dozens.

Assuming the same ratio of deaths and deaths with an attack on the NYC subways, there would be with 19 bombers:

363 killed
3420 injured

Using the ratios of the London attacks, the NYC casualties would be:

247 killed
3325 injured

Bloomburg stated at the presser (not that I rely on what he says as credible)that the information came from overseas. From that,I assume the Iraqi insurgents that were arrested were in Iraq and we have FBI/CIA teams over there.

I'm voting for Teresa Obermier next time.

Not really, I'm voting for her husband.
