Shh, nobody tell him the havoc that will be wreaked by dumping 7,000 carnivorous rodents into an unprepared ecosystem...

Young said. "I would do it all over again."
Good...continue to show no remorse and you'll not likely get early parole...then go out and do it again, and spend some more slam-time.

Mink is not endangered. Ever heard the expression 'breed like a minks' Actually, I remember reading that some minks were turned loose in ?England and became a positive pest there... bred in profusion.

"shoplifting CDs from a Starbucks in San Jose, Calif"
No, no, no..he was LIBERATING the CD's from the corporate monster known as Starbucks.
I'd call him a jackass but that would be an insult to real jackasses.

Well then let's hope it gets _REAL_ bad, as in Bubba meet your new cell-mate-girlfriend.

And how well did those mink fare in the wild, jerk? I seem to recall that it was not well. Wonder when he'll lead his first prison break.

Peter Daniel Young, 28, told The Associated Press during a jailhouse interview that serving time will be nothing compared to what caged animals suffer. Is that so,Pete? Please promise to get back to us after you've "dropped the soap" for the first time.
To: SmithL
It isn't mentioned how happy the 7000 mink are to be roaming free and blending in to the environment. We can imagine they had no negative effect on the environment and are all living happy and healthy ever after. Isn't it nice to never feel responsible for one's actions? </sarcasm>

After this "animal rights" activist gets out of prison, he can move on to the "gay rights" movement.
Ya gotta look at the bright side.

I'm appalled he didn't get more time for stealing the animals.

Young eluded authorities until his arrest in March for shoplifting CDs from a Starbucks in San Jose, Calif. Animals and music should be, like, free, dude.
*sigh*
Idiot
To: 8mmMauser
These minks were born and breed in captivity. They did not last that long.
