I agree... we are very lucky that he (THEY) did not succeed with their plans last Saturday.

Did you notice all the media attention for the threat in NY? Funny how a threat gets more attention than a failed attempt with a casualty at this point... I understand the need for people to be alert, but we also have a right to know what the TRUTH is regarding OU, and so do close to 100,000 Oklahomans after last Saturday...

KKTV, CBS local news, here in Colorado Springs, just led with the Hinrichs story. They covered the fact that he tried to enter the stadium several times and fled when he was asked to have his backpack searched.

They also said that an off-duty police officer was in the store when Hinrichs attempted to purchase the fertilizer. The officer thought that he seemed suspicious, took down his license plate number, and began investigating further. Hinrichs was being investigated at the time he blew himself up.

The local news people attempted to contact his father to ask him about this new information, but were unable to talk to him.
