I reported that David Boren said there were bomb sniffing dogs at the stadium. Still cannot find anyone that saw them around campus. One time he said the dogs were used the night before and then the next time in the morning. I have taken to calling them the phantom dogs until it is proved otherwise. I would be glad to see pictures of them going all over an 84,000+ seat stadium and everything underneath. That would take a long time but I would feel better.

As for the bomb equipment, that was only a short distance away at their disposal range but it wasn't sitting there when I walked by that area before the game.
