Have you ever used email? If so, are you familiar with the "CC:" option (courtesy copy)?

Hypothetically, picture one email being written that said:

Activated
Procede With Plan A
Strike @ 8 PM on 10.1

Picture it being cc'd to a couple of cells...perhaps in different time zones...and obviously encrypted in a painstaking procedure (hence, just one email).

...just a thought, but when do you think that they would blow up? Would you call that uncoordinated?
