WOW! That would explain this is a lot bigger than Norman I keep hearing.
I think the point is that the NYC operation was planned in Norman and Musayyib, Iraq and that there are a lot of lose ends in Norman, Tulsa, Oklahoma City that still need to be wrapped up. How else can you explain the quantity of explosives in Henrichs' apartment as well as the media blackout of the Norman explosion.

The law enforcement official in New York said that city officials had known about the threat at least since Monday, but held the information until two or three al-Qaida operatives were arrested in Iraq within the past 24 hours.
