"Are you doing cinnamon? My doc said I was pre-diabetes due to family history. I was already working out, but I added Cinnabetic and my blood glucose dropped like a rock."
Not doing cinnamon, but several other OTC things: fenugreek, garlicin, potassium chloride, magnesium, bilberry, multiple vitamins, and omega-3 oils, among others. That and plenty of exercise and changes to diet. When I went to the doctor two weeks ago, all my reading were well within normal. BP dropped from 160/110 to 130/80, and its often lower than that. But it hasn't been easy . . .

You might just try adding some to your diet. The cinnamon has done WONDERS for me.

Fenugreek is great for congestion. When I have a cold, I take that instead of Sudafed. It helps me keep from getting bronchitis which I get almost everytime I get sick. Some people I know who have tried it say it really helps their sinuses. And it doesn't leave you with that spacey feeling that OTC medications have. It also smells great, like maple flavoring.
