HAHAHA! Ken Starr is on now giving her a rining endorsement, and says she is the best pick he could think of. He is making the case based on work he has done with her (that would be LEGAL work for those who don't think she is anything but an office manager). He thinks she is an originalist.
He says those who are criticizing do not know her and haven't worked with her. Sean is trying to argue with Starr, which is humorous.

Sean couldn't even argue with himself because of his interrupting propensity

Oh isn't that rich!!
Sean Blabbity, the former Jack of All Trades, Master of None, turned Radio Talk-Show news article reader host, trying to debate the like of Ken Starr regarding a Supreme Court Nomination.
Do tell, which on-line article is he reading from, verbatum, trying hard to convince us it is his own Random Thought?

"He says those who are criticizing do not know her and haven't worked with her." Yes, everyone that I've heard from Texas, who has worked with her, has said the same thing. Kay Baily Hutichson are John Cornyn are two.
It's those who don't know her who are making erroneous assumptions. Some of these pundits had better start backpedaling fast. Or I fear they will all look as foolish as Ann.

What cracks me up is how a lot of people continue to keep sticking their foot in their mouth as more and more information comes out on Miers. W will probably get one more pick for the court and he may be saving the fight for that pick. I think this pick was brilliant, the RATS are going to get real ugly before this one is through, it will be interesting to see conservatives join up with Mo Do and Molly Ivans to say the least.

I don't think he's trying to "argue" with him so much as elicit an opinion as to her qualifications for this office, and how he arrived at his view of Harriet Miers, which is exactly what he did when interviewing Senator Lindsay Graham earlier today, on his nationally syndicated talk radio show.
I don't think asking questions-especially when dealing with an issue of such great import-is necessarily a bad thing.
It's comforting that Ken Starr is disposed favorably towards her, but I don't see why that means we should foreclose debate on this subject.
