If you know anything about Maureen Dowd's penchant for grabbing your attention in her opener, you can ascertain her entire "Bush Bash" in this teaser from the New York Times. Since the paper "fired" her 3 months ago and she went on a "vacation," she's been put into the "TimesSelect" category. In other words, if you really want to read her political opinion, you have to pay to get the juice. I leave that for Rush Limbaugh to cover for me; I pay HIM to keep me up to date on the political scene. As I understand it, even DrudgeReport can't link to her column anymore. Personally, I refuse to pay the Times for her slanderous comments!

But back to her opener..."The White House is filled..."

Can you fathom the severity of her myopic brain to come up with that? Her boy Clinton's corral of heifers were mindless "Yowsers"! Remember: Donna SHALALA..Janet RENO.."Dr." Jocelyn ELDERS..Hazel O'LEARY..Carol BROWNER..Laura D'Andrea TYSON (yeah.. of Chicken fame!) His Advisors, Hillary CLINTON and Susan THOMASES; his nomination of Ruth Bader GINSBURG, the ACLU activitst lawyer, to the USSC.

The Percentage of Women Appointees Since the Johnson Administration is also revealing:

Johnson 4% Nixon 4% Ford 6% Carter 15% Reagan 10% Bush (G.) 24% Clinton 37% Bush (G.W.) 26% Sources: Brookings Institution, Women's Appointment Project, National Academy of Public Administration, WEnews analysis.

Plus, let us not forget Clinton's LATINO appointees... http://clinton4.nara.gov/WH/New/HHM/appointees.html (Interesting in light of GWB being labeled the sycophant of the Latino vote)

Now, I am NOT a reporter, and I located this info in about 5 minutes romping around the Internet. It's just possible that Maureen Dowd avoids taking note of historic statistics when "bloviating" her opinions!

Dowdy Maureen sounds jealous about not being invited to the party.

You know, I have a mind to say just what Maureen Dowd needs, but I'm too much of a gentleman to say it. I'm sure you know what I mean.

I admit it. I thought this thread was going to be about Bill Clinton.

I am 0 for 2 today.

Dowd is just the posterlady for the vile hatefilled left. She writes for the select, holier than thou dinner party crowd in NY and DC

Plus it was my own humble opinion that the Bubbameister was being serviced by about half the models, I mean female reporters comprising the White House press corps. I remember one in particular standing in front of the WH and the anchor brought up they were hearing the Lewinski tapes ID'd countless other women the president had dallied with. The reporter turned white and started franticaly reminding everyone these were completely unsubstantiated accusations. I wonder.

Dear Homeland Security,

Replace all female flight attendants with good looking' strippers. What the hell? The attendants have gotten old and haggard looking. They don't even serve food anymore, so what's the loss? The strippers would double, triple, perhaps quadruple the alcohol consumption and get a "party atmosphere" going in the cabin. Muslims would be afraid to get on the planes for fear of seeing naked women. And, of course, every heterosexual businessman in this country would start flying again hoping to see naked women. Hijackings would come to a screeching halt and the airline industry would see record revenue. Why the hell didn't Bush think of this? Why do I still have to do everything myself?

Sincerely,

Bill Clinton

Dowd is an air head, a cheerleader for the bogus MSM, these morons get paid to write this garbage and fools pay them.

Ms Dowd is fun to read because she is a very good writer, who has the ability to turn a neat phrase and describe things in an interesting and entertaining way. Don't let the fact that she is almost always wrong blind you to the quality of her work, plus she does have nice boobs.

I wonder if Michael Douglas will write hate-filled tripe like this about republicans when Catherine Z-J dumps him for me.
