Since the first indictment was a nullity on it's face, he raced out and got a second GJ to issue an indictment in a very complex case on the first day or two of their sitting. This guy is really, really desperate. And when you are desperate, you really screw up...big time.
Not to mention he took the 2nd indictment to the GJ at noon yesterday BEFORE they even completed their orientation. The stink here in Austin is sky high.

I believe the new grand jury was empaneled at noon and he managed to bulldoze them into an indictment within 4 hours or so.
Just incredible.
