I believe the new grand jury was empaneled at noon and he managed to bulldoze them into an indictment within 4 hours or so.

Just incredible.

I know nothing about law, so maybe a dumb question:

What are the chances the new GJ did not realize they were issuing a 2nd indictment?

IOW, what if this was presented as "housecleaning" from previous Grand Jury (ie "just a formality to correct the record")

Would that change things? Sitting here in GA, I have no clue what goes on in Travis County, just wonder if worth looking into.

Wonder what Howard Screeeeeaaaam of the DNC and the MSM would say if a Republican DA pulled such a stunt. I think Howard would even break his old record for Screeeeaaaaaammmming.
