Looks and smells like BS to me. What Congress should resolve is that "islam is incompatible with the US Constitution and Bill of Rights".
Islam is incompatible with Muslims or have you not noticed how often they blow each other up...

CAIR has been well on record that they support The Constitution and Bill of Rights (except for some of that stuff Ibrahim Hooper said, but he mis-spoke.. or didn't mean to say that anyway). Just because it's at odds with the teachings of the koran.
I know what this is about, it's that Taqiyya thing, where we can lie to the infidel if it advances islam, right? Don't worry about that, it's nothing, really. Trust us, we are your friends, and jihad is a peaceful struggle.
