Just heard Gibson break this. Wonder if it was the same GJ?
Wonder if there is actually some evidence to support the charge this time....

When it rains it pours, Republicans will get through this, after all what is the alternative, the Democrats.

This is odd. Ussually the charges are combined in one indictment. Why two? Why not do them both at same time?

Looks like Earl realized that the first indictment would never make it past a judge so he decided to up the ante.

I wonder if somebody mixed up the April indictment of the other two guys (that indictment mentions money laundering on exactly the same facts as the conspiracy charge v. Delay of last week), with the Delay indictment.
Any news reports other than tee vee FoxNews?

Oh man, this is so weak. Why doesn't Ronnie Earle go ahead and indict him for murder while he's at it?
This is goign to blow up in his face.

They're already moving the "Giant Boob" award into Ronnie Earle's garage.

Good grief.
Earle is to "indictments" what Klayman is to "FOIA".
Both are used only to gain $$$ support, not effect.
What a waste. The democratic party needs to start cutting and snorting Immodium AD, they got diarrhea for brains. Sheese.
To: kcvl
I'm reading at other sites that Earle is "taking back" the conspiricy charge and replacing it with this. What the heck is going on here?

This smacks of European countries charging President Bush and Rumsfeld with war crimes.
