Who has Bush nominated to any court over the last 5 years that even resembles a liberal?

Maybe you are all upset because your perception is that either Bush nominates someone who will kill Roe V Wade or else he is nominating the reincarnation of Ginsburg.

Bush has not let Conservatives or Republicans down. He will nominate a justice who will interpret the Constitution and not be an activist. That is what we as Americans can only hope for.

So stop bellyaching about Roe V Wade. IMHO I believe the Republicans SHOULD propose a Constitutional amendment on Roe. It would once and for all show the nation that the RATS don't care about Roe. They only care about the money generated by it for their political purposes.

Think about it. Roe would never be put into the Constitution and the RATS know it. However by saying it should be forces the RATS to support an amendmant which takes it out of the hands of the special interests and puts it into the hands of American voters.

Of course it would be shot down and then the RATS would take it to the courts. In one fell swoop, the RAT party is exposed in front of the entire nation.
